What Kinds Of Gelato Are There?

Gelato

Italian for Ice Cream. Unlike other North American style ice creams, Gelato is not frozen as deeply and contains less air and less fat content, resulting in a fresher, purer taste with a lighter and creamier texture.

Soya Gelato

Soya gelato contains no cholesterol as all ingredients are vegetable and fruit in origin. It is rich in proteins, mineral salts, phosphors, iron and carbohydrates and has all the taste and texture of traditional Gelato. There is no added sugar.

Sorbetto

Non-dairy, non-fat, fruit ice cream. A lighter, healthier cool treat for fruit lovers. An alternative to traditional dairy ice cream.

Gelato-non-Gelato

A new product exclusive to Mondo Gelato developed by our Master Gelato Artisan in Rome. It is made with whipped milk that is chilled (not frozen). It is a creamy, less cold gelato suitable for those cold winter days.
